Fire Protection System Design

AZG provides a complete custom fire protection system design service, developed around the real needs of the building or operational activity. Thanks to an in-house team of fire safety engineers and specialised technicians, we are able to design high-performance, regulation-compliant and fully customised solutions. Each project is developed with precision, combining decades of experience, in-depth regulatory knowledge and state-of-the-art technologies, to ensure total safety and operational continuity in any context: industrial, civil or high-risk.

Fire Protection System Design

Fire Protection Maintenance

AZG delivers a comprehensive and highly specialised fire protection system maintenance service, in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08, Article 26. All interventions are carried out by highly qualified personnel, specifically trained to operate on defined systems and equipment, ensuring targeted, effective and timely actions.

Maintenance is essential to guarantee system efficiency in emergency situations and is customised according to the technical characteristics of each installation, following an on-site inspection and a tailored service proposal.

  • Maintenance of fire extinguishers and hydrant networks: cleaning, functional checks, inspection of signage and accessories
  • Inspection of hydrant networks and fire water systems: valves, gate valves, pumps, expansion vessels and measuring instruments
  • Verification of automatic suppression systems: sprinkler, CO₂, inert gas, foam and deluge systems
  • Custom maintenance contracts, defined through technical assessment and site inspection

PPE Maintenance

AZG is an MSA Authorised Centre for the supply and servicing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and gas detection systems. We provide a high-level technical service, offering personalised support and certified professional inspections.

Our laboratories are equipped with advanced digital test benches, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance.

  • Professional testing of PPE and breathing apparatus, using MSA ProfiCHECK test benches for automatic checks on masks, regulators and protective suits
  • Technical support during purchasing, with expert consultancy to identify the most suitable devices for each operational context
  • Maintenance and periodic inspections, ensuring continuous equipment efficiency
  • Digital recording of test results, manual or automatic, in accordance with MSA standards and applicable regulations

Mobile Unit

AZG ensures continuous fire protection even during maintenance work on fixed systems, thanks to the Fire Combat Car, a fully equipped mobile emergency response unit. This service allows critical areas or temporarily unprotected zones to remain safeguarded, avoiding costly operational shutdowns or extraordinary safety measures. The vehicle is equipped with high-performance fire protection technologies, including a water/foam monitor connectable to hydrant networks, a 100 kg dry powder system with 20-metre hose reel, and a 40 kg CO₂ system, also with integrated hose reel. Upon request, portable fire extinguishers and PPE for emergency response teams can be added.

Rental
Contract

(Temporary or Long-Term) Rental of Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Instruments

With temporary or long-term rental options, AZG offers a practical, transparent and hassle-free solution for the management of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety instrumentation.

The service includes short- or long-term rental (3 or 4 years) of PPE and safety equipment, with a fixed annual fee covering all services and ensuring full operational functionality. A cost-effective solution that keeps safety under constant control, with clear pricing and no unexpected costs.

Fixed and predictable annual fee, calculated based on contract duration and the number of PPE items and safety instruments

Maintenance, overhaul and testing included, in full compliance with applicable regulations

No concerns regarding periodic inspections: AZG retains ownership of the PPE and safety equipment and manages all technical checks

Client responsibility limited to proper custody and careful handling of the equipment, adopting all necessary measures to preserve integrity, functionality and regulatory compliance

Test and Training Area

At its headquarters in Borgo San Giovanni, AZG operates a modern Training and Testing Centre dedicated to practical training and safe simulation activities.

This highly equipped facility is designed to recreate real emergency conditions and ensure effective, controlled training.
